About the role

We are looking for a further addition to our Business Solutions Department.

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in education and want to make a positive impact to employability within our community.

Become an apprentice and gain an Advanced Level 3 Business Administration qualification as well as a wealth of new skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet visitors for the relevant staff within the Employer Engagement Directorate.
  • Be the first port of call for enquiries into the employer engagement Department.
  • Process enquiries and applications for adult skills programmes and apprentices

Qualifications and training

  • The successful applicant will be supported and trained to do all aspects of the job role. The successful candidate will also work towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to prioritise own work load
  • Experience of carrying out administrative tasks in a busy office environment
