About the role

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to work closely with our 6th Form Curriculum staff on a day to day basis providing support where required.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide excellent levels of clerical and administrative support including, but not exclusive to, document processing, photocopying, maintenance of filing systems, data entry, fielding telephone calls and taking messages.
  • To manage and maintain an effective diary for all college middle management and Assistant Principal: Curriculum
  • To facilitate and arrange meetings for internal and external meetings, for students, parents and stakeholders, providing a full service taking in respect of detailed minutes of meetings and the monitoring of action points arising from the meetings.

  • GCSE Maths and English is essential
