Our director of automotive, construction and engineering, Robert Lees, took part in a debate on BBC Shropshire about skills requirements for the construction industry. It followed the publication of new Government-led housebuilding targets for the county.

Robert said the college had seen a significant rise in construction students over the past year to meet the needs of employers, and was continuing to expand its range of courses and apprenticeships to deliver a pipeline of ‘home-grown talent’ to the sector.
