About the course

With Solar PV booming in recent years and energy prices going up, more and more people are looking to Electrical Energy Storage Systems otherwise known as Battery Storage Systems for their homes. If you are working in renewables then you will know just how much demand there is for these installations right now.

This 2-day training course is designed for qualified and experienced domestic and commercial electrical workers. It is an ideal add-on for solar PV installers looking to assist their clients with the generation and storage of their own power while accessing the most attractive Smart Export tariffs.

This qualification is for those wishing to achieve a nationally recognised qualification in the design, installation and commissioning of Electrical Energy Storage Systems (Battery Storage). The qualification has been designed in conjunction with the latest IET Code of Practice and is recognised by the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS).
