About the course

English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) – also known as English as an Additional Language (EAL) – is a programme to help new residents in the UK learn English, allowing them to confidently read and write in English, communicate with others and to better their employability prospects in the UK, greatly improving quality of life in their new surroundings.

 

Entry requirements

There are no entry requirements for adults to study ESOL at Telford College, you will be invited in for an assessment before enrolment.

Additional information

This programme takes place over a 16-week period, for two hours a week.
