This course will expand your knowledge on the principles of leading a team alongside the skills needed to be an effective team leader and communicate with a range of stakeholders. It aims to develop and enhance your practical skills to become a successful team leader and improve morale within the workplace.
Entry requirements
The qualification is aimed at learners who wish to gain further skills to develop their careers and progress in the workplace. It is suitable for anyone who is new to a team leading role, or those who are hoping to become a team leader as they advance their careers.
