Due to ongoing expansion, restructure and internal promotions at Telford College, we have three director-level opportunities to join our Senior Leadership Team.

With a new sixth form centre soon to open in Telford’s Station Quarter, and multi-million-pound investment in the pipeline to reshape our Wellington campus, this is an incredibly exciting time to join our committed team and drive forward the next stages of our journey.

To support this growth and development, we are seeking candidates for the following senior roles:

Following our recent inspection, Telford College is in an excellent position to continue expanding and evolving. We are heavily investing in our university-standard facilities, ensuring that our resources are innovative and supported by the latest hi-tech learning platforms.

We have an ambitious growth agenda, including relocating our Sixth Form provision to the rejuvenated town centre alongside our new Digital and Maths Hub.

We are looking for highly capable leaders who place students at the heart of everything they do and have an unwavering commitment to ensuring achievement for all.

These roles require high quality leaders and good communicators who can involve and engage with all college staff, motivating and supporting them to meet the needs of learners.

The College employs 426 staff and is a great place to work, with a warm, inclusive atmosphere. Our staff are recognised for their hard work and are encouraged to inspire each another, and to develop and grow.
