This is an exciting time to be considering studying at a higher level at Telford College.  The government are investing heavily in upskilling adults to broaden their skills and knowledge and we have received funding to support us in doing just that!
Whether you are looking to continue your education, start a new career, gain promotion or even start your own business, we offer a range of higher level programmes at Telford College – full time and part time.

Things to look out for:

We will be delivering three Modular Acceleration Programmes in September 2024. These fully funded level four programmes will be short, delivered in an evening and will provide you with the opportunity to upskill your knowledge and skills in your specialist area. And if you enjoy them they will also provide you a stepping stone onto a full Higher Technical Qualification (HTQ). We will be offering these in Health, Digital and Business. We are also working in partnership with our local Universities to develop further higher level University level programmes for delivery from 2025.

Enhance your employability

Higher Technical Qualifications are mapped to Occupational Standards -which are endorsed by Employers. Studying with us will help you gain relevant knowledge, skills and enhance your employability

Reduce the cost

Our higher level fees are lower than average and staying local means you could also save on travel and accommodation costs.

One supportive campus

Everything you need is here - experienced tutors with in-depth knowledge in their field of expertise and industry-standard facilities . You will benefit from smaller class sizes and more individual support when you need it - we can also provide specialist support if you have additional support needs, this is usually funded through the Disability Support Allowance (DSA).

Flexibility

We offer part time and full time programmes which means that you can work whilst you study and there are excellent transport links to the College.
