For students supported by an EHCP. Designed to support students with additional learning support needs, including a high staff to student ratio, small group sizes, specialist facilities and resources, and a dedicated staff team. This is aimed at developing students’ self-awareness, confidence, independence, communication skills, social and employability skills.

– Independent living skills e.g. managing a simple budget.
– Life skills e.g. cooking, cleaning and shopping
– Keeping ourselves healthy e.g. diet, exercise, mental health, and anxiety.
– Employability skills e.g. CV writing and interview skills
– Volunteering – how we can help our local community
Progressing to the Supported Internship programme at Princess Royal Hospital or Kuehne + Nagel (based at MOD Donnington)
You will need to be aged 17-24 and hold an Educational, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) that has been issued by your Local Authority. You must also be highly motivated and have a desire to secure paid employment or a place on our Supported Internship programme.
