A Safe College for Everyone
Every student has the right to feel safe and respected, whatever their background, identity or ability. We have a zero-tolerance approach to bullying, including physical, emotional, verbal or online abuse.
If something doesn’t feel right, please speak to us. Support is always available, and we’re here to help.
Having access to support when you need it can make a big difference to your college experience. We offer:
Friendly sessions offering advice and support on topics such as managing exam nerves, coping with stress and staying safe online.
A safe, confidential space where you can talk to trained professionals who will listen and support you without judgement.
Support for students and families to help work through challenges early and build confidence and resilience.
You can speak with trained staff if you need someone to talk to or guidance on where to get further help.
If you need more specialised support, we can arrange targeted intervention. This may include working with experienced external professionals who visit the college to provide expert advice and tailored support.
We understand that everyone’s needs are different. Personalised support may include tailored pastoral support plans, time-out options, and de-escalation strategies to help students manage challenges and feel confident in college.
