To access the Resource finance system please visit the link to the system (this is only accessible within the college’s network) http://finance:8000/deed

If you are a first time user, please contact the finance team to set you up your account – click here

1. Enter your username, your username will be issued to you by finance – in most cases this is in the format firstnamelastname (without a space)
2. Enter your password you have chosen, if your account is locked or you have forgotten your password please contact the finance team – if you are a first time user, please enter your username and leave the password blank and click ‘logon’ you will be prompted to set your password.
3. Check the database selected is ‘LIVE Telford College’
4. Click ‘logon’
5. You should now be logged into Resource and on your main menu
