Apprenticeship Employer Journey Map

So you’ve decided that a skills gap exists, and you need to hire a new team member or upskill some of your existing staff. How do you go about it?

Step 1

Speak to us

We will help guide you to the right programme, complete any relevant paperwork and support with to access any grants you may be entitled to.

Step 2

Register an account

You will need a digital apprenticeship service account. This is quick and simple to set up; our team can help you do this.

Step 3

Free recruitment

We will help to advertise and interview candidates, ensuring you get the best people from our talent pool.

Step 4

Start training

We are with you every step of the way, from the first day to the end of the apprenticeship. The apprentice will have time in college to complete their studies alongside working with you and we schedule regular check-ins to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Step 5

Completion

A qualification is gained, and you now have an employee with a new skillset.
