The early years practitioner programme is 12 months of learning.

Many apprentices remain employed with their workplace as a L2 EYP with opportunities to progress to a L3 Early Years Educator.
Apprentices must hold at least a GCSE grade 1 or equivalent in English and maths and will be required to work towards Level 2 Functional Skills as part of their apprenticeship.
