In this role, you can expect to be one of the first points of contact for IT Incidents and requests. This could range from resolving technical issues. to trouble shooting operating system hardware, and application issues. You will train on different IT systems and services, learning highly transferable skills such as networking, server operating systems and computer programming.

The apprentice will cover the following units:
Security
Networking
Cloud computing
Helpdesk Technologies
Waste electrical disposal.
Many apprentices remain employed with the same company.
Apprentices must hold at least a GCSE grade 4 or equivalent in English and Maths. Apprentices aged 19 and over may opt out of this requirement but need to ensure suitable working levels within both English and maths.

Must be able to work more than 30 hours per week, sit an assessment for English, maths and multi choice
IT test, and attend an interview with our Sales team and Computing Apprenticeship Tutor(s)
