This short classroom based programme provides a solid introduction to the warehousing and logistics industry. It covers key topics such as health and safety, stock control, teamwork, and workplace organisation. Designed to boost employability, the course helps learners develop the essential skills and knowledge needed to start a career in logistics or progress to further training.

For the WMCA version of this programme you will study:
• Level 2 Certificate in Warehousing & Storage Principles
• Employability
• Customer Service
• And more

For the EFSA version of this programme you will study:
• Level 2 Certificate in Warehousing and Storage
• Level 1 Certificate in Personal Development for Employment
• Level 2 Lean Manufacturing
Upon completing this short, intensive course, learners will be well-positioned to pursue a variety of opportunities in the warehousing and logistics sector. Also, it will guarantee you a interview with an employer or agency in your area.
You must be the age of 19 or over when starting the course, be unemployed or on universal credit or on a salary less than minimum wage.

You must also have a minimum of entry level 3 in maths and English.
Continuous assessment through the completion of a workbook.
The WMCA version of this course lasts 2 weeks and 1 day.

The EFSA version of this course lasts 2 weeks.
