Informing reception of an expected visitor can be done in different ways.
The preferred method is using the visitor notification form on the reception page of the staff portal, this form is also below.
Alternatively, you can call reception by dialling ‘0’ from any college phone or 01952 642200 selecting option ‘0’ if dialling from a non-college phone.
Where possible reception should be notified of all visitors at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
