We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Counselling professional to join our team and deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across our Counselling provision. You will create an engaging, inclusive and professionally challenging learning environment that supports learner achievement, progression and positive destinations.

You will contribute to the planning, delivery, quality assurance and continuous improvement of Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 Counselling programmes, ensuring provision meets awarding body, professional body and College requirements.

Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will play an active role in curriculum development, preparing learners for industry and professional practice, contributing to Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) activities, and supporting colleagues to maintain consistently high standards across our Counselling provision.
