We are seeking to appoint a new Corporation Member (Governor) with experience in digital and information technology to support the ongoing strategic development of the College. The Corporation is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the College, ensuring effective use of resources, and providing robust oversight and challenge to senior leadership. As part of this role, the Corporation is looking to strengthen its collective expertise in digital transformation, systems, and technology-enabled organisational performance and decision-making. This is a non-executive, voluntary role. Governors do not become involved in the day-to-day running of the College, but instead provide strategic oversight, support, and constructive challenge. Attendance (in person or via Teams) 4 time per year, would be expected. Meetings usually take place during term-time in the early evening. We are particularly interested in individuals who can bring senior-level experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Digital strategy and transformation
• IT systems and infrastructure at organisational scale
• Information security (InfoSec) / cyber security
• Technology-enabled change within complex organisations

Experience within a large or multi-site organisations would be particularly valuable.
