We have launched an exciting new partnership with Keele University which involves them delivering healthcare training at our Wellington campus. A new Nursing Associate apprenticeship is being delivered at our Clinical Skills Centre, designed to train the next generation of health and social care workers. This work-based training programme combines academic study with practical experience, enabling apprentices to develop the skills and knowledge needed to provide hands-on, person-centred care. It bridges the gap between healthcare support workers and registered nurses.
